Bing Ads Needs Your Help to Strengthen Our Advertiser Support

What makes a great and effortless customer support experience for you?  Here at Bing Ads, we want to know.

With the number of search advertisers growing each year, especially in new markets across the globe, Bing Ads is continuously trying to meet your needs by offering support options that work for all our customers. For instance, we heard from some of you that it is difficult to reach a Bing Ads support specialist via Chat, and so we are preparing to expand our Chat offerings soon.

Our goal is to be available to help advertisers with questions or solve issues with your Bing Ads account whenever you need it and wherever you are. Today, in addition to online help content, we have support representatives available in 9 languages and 39 markets. We currently offer phone, chat, and community forums as ways you can reach us to get help with your Bing Ads accounts.

However, in order to make sure we are offering the right options, we need to hear from you. I am posting here on the Bing Ads Blog so we can have a dialogue about how Bing Ads support can better serve you.
