Janes of Digital: Power Networking at the Worldwide Partner Conference

We’re excited to announce that Bing Ads is presenting the popular Janes of Digital series at next week’s Worldwide Partner Conference (#WPC15) in sunny Orlando, Florida. WPC is an annual partner conference to help inspire partners and Microsoft on winning together.

This year, there will be many great chances to engage with women in technology through panels, events and sessions. Our #JanesOfDigital series will compliment this lineup nicely as it was designed for professionals (women and men) in the search and digital space to come together to network and learn from each other.

Nickie Smith, Bing Ads SMB Global Marketing Director states, “There are a lot of great women in the industry and we wanted to bring them together to build a community and provide a forum at events where they could come, meet, network, share their stories, and basically just have fun.” Bing Ads is honored to be a part of the powerful #WPC15Women community this year.

Janes of Digital: Power Networking at WPC will focus on inspiring women (and men!) on “power networking,” with a special emphasis on making the most of their connections during the conference.

During this event, attendees will hear from executive coach Lisa Marie Jenkins and dive into the world of personal branding, learn to create the perfect personal pitch and gain tips to quickly build more genuine connections.

Attendees will receive free professional headshots, Bing swag, light snacks and actionable content to help strengthen their networking skills.

Please spread the word with your networks --  #JanesOfDigital, @BingAds, #WPC15Women and #WPC15.

Event: Janes of Digital presents Power Networking at WPC

Date: July 13, Monday

Time: 12:45 PM-1:45 PM EST

Location: Community Hub Theatre – Orange County Convention Center

Note: There is no registration for this event. First come, first serve. The first 50 attendees will get a Bing Power Networking swag bag, so show up early!

Canadian Case Studies: How Two Companies Discovered the Power of Bing Ads

With 15 million unique searchers that represent 275 million monthly searches in Canada, the Yahoo Bing Network gives advertisers a huge opportunity to reach potential customers.1 Canadian advertising agencies OutReach Media and 6S Marketing have discovered just that — and are using Bing Ads to provide their customers with excellent search marketing results.

OutReach Media

In the case of advertising agency OutReach Media, Bing Ads has become a growing part of its search advertising solutions. The Canadian company has increased website traffic for its clients by using Bing Ads features like Sitelink Extensions and it’s used management tools like Bing Ads Editor to save time and help reduce costs for its clients.

Just Keep Livin (through 6S Marketing)

Canadian agency 6S Marketing manages Just Keep Livin — actor Matthew McConaughey’s menswear line — and has achieved strong performance using Bing Ads. 6S Marketing began by using Bing Ads Sitelink Extensions to drive customers to different areas of the Just Keep Livin website. And the use of Bing Ads has helped the company increase sales with cost-effective advertising.
