NaturalWellbeing.com aims to be a one-stop online shop for customers searching for alternative treatments and supplements, ranging from herbs to homeopathic formulations. But the battle for customers is fierce in an ultra-competitive wellness retail market.


NaturalWellbeing relied on Bing Ads Editor to manage and optimize Bing Ads paid-search campaigns. The tool helped search engine marketers import campaigns from Google, research new keywords, make quick edits to hundreds of keywords with a few clicks, and get automatic alerts about key performance behaviors and status changes to budgets, ad groups
and keywords.


Bing Ads has helped NaturalWellbeing.com boost its sales on the Bing Network — and at a lower cost-per-click than its Google campaigns. On average, NaturalWellbeing’s return on investment in Bing Ads is 10–20 percent higher than on Google AdWords. The conversion rate is also slightly better in Bing Ads.
